Hmmmm, This really looked a fun project when it started, it’s been a ton of work, and I’m not sure I will like it yet. I’m not a blogger…but rather an explanator of the pictures I take. (*is that a word?)
Anyhow - we’ll see…

Chicken Portabello Ravioli

it’s like cooking with Dick and Jane! haha



brown ground chicken, onions, portabello mushrooms.



Put a spoonful on a wonton wrapper and seal, trimming off excess.



Look like you are having fun!




Boil for 3-5 minutes…
and pretend to eat a RAW ONE!



Finish with a butter, shallot sauce, and sprinkle with shaved parmesan cheese!

UNH Volleyball vs. UConn

On Friday night, we went to watch D’s roommates volleyball Game. She is number #15, and Keeley’s roommate is #13.
First time shooting sports raw - it worked just fine. It was a fun game, UNH won.
I used the 85/1.4mm
